Short description of the job required

Full and responsable project management of a hotel refurbishment project in Amsterdam, another in Hamburg and Munich following.

Supervision of all contracted trades and cost documentation. Budgeting and cost management in cooperation with general management of the company.

- Mainly interior construction trades like demolition, dry lining
constructions, flooring (carpet, parquet, etc.).

- All work included, partly only supervision, partly material ordering and
staff supervisión.

- Knowledge in technical trades (electro, sanitary, climate and ventilation,
alarm systems).

1. Mandatory skills: building engineer or architect M.A. with building skills

2. Experienced in commercial building construction, favorably hotel construction. At least English language verbal and in writing.

3. German and/or Dutch language helpful. Correct and loyal appearance. Experienced in negotiation and dealing with clients.

Working conditions: Freelance contract for approx. 1 year, monthly remuneration to be negotiated, travel expenses and accommodation covered by client, every 2 weeks return to
home during the weekend guaranteed.
